Telephoning Your Doctor

Although most problems are best dealt with in consultation, GP's in this practice may be contacted during normal surgery hours.  If your GP is with a patient, your call will be directed to our Clinic Nurse in the first instance, who most times will be able to help you with your query.  If our Nurse is unable to assist you, she will pass your message on to your GP who will contact you to resolve your query.  Of course in an emergency situation, your call will always be put through to a GP. 

Our staff are experienced in helping you decide whether the matter requires an appointment, a return phone call from the practice or urgent advice.
