Home Visits

Home visits are available to regular patients of this practice whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery. If you would like your doctor to make a home visit, please call first thing in the morning.

Home visits are offered to regular patients who:

• live within a 20 kilometre radius of our practice.
• are frail, elderly patients with mobility problems.
• are patients with acute illness which prevents travel to the surgery (such as severe vomiting).
• are patients with severe disabilities.
• are patients in final stages of a terminal disease.
